Free Offline Capacity Building Hand Embroidery and Jute product stitching operator training conducted by Sus Garment Artisans Association in collaboration with NIMSME, Hyderabad.
This program aimed to provide skill-building opportunities for 200 women students from SC/ST backgrounds, empowering them with hand embroidery techniques and fostering their socio- economic development.
Brief Information about project
The project was implemented through a well-structured curriculum designed to cater to the participant’s specific needs and skill levels. The curriculum included the following key components:
Introduction to Hand Embroidery Techniques: Participants were introduced to various hand embroidery techniques, such as satin stitch, chain stitch, and mirror work.
Skill Development: Hands-on training sessions were conducted to enhance participants’ embroidery skills and proficiency in executing different designs and patterns.
Design and Creativity: Participants were encouraged to explore their creativity and develop their unique embroidery designs, enabling them to showcase their individual artistic expression.
