Sampling is an essential part of any garment manufacturing company. We manage a team of highly skillful and experienced Artisan. Our CFC and sampling department has modern machines and state-of-the-art technologies for the development of quality samples for our customers. Our Artisans develop superb quality samples as per the styles and measurements given by the customers, including colors and specifications.

Our Cutting Department is strong as we take care of cutting the fabric as per given specifications by the customer. All the cut parts are individually labeled and bundled together for issue to the sewing lines.

Our sewing department consist of workforce which are skillful and well trained. They are all geared to transform the cut fabric into a masterpiece with their in-depth knowledge of machine and fabric. Strict quality norms put in place by the company ensure that each garment passes all the international standards. Our in-house training and monitoring of the workforce ensures that they remain motivated and challenged to deliver only the best.

Embroidery provides value addition to any garment. Our company have Two Computerized 12 head embroidery machines with 9 needles.

Quality Assurance Department make sure that each product passes through a strict inspection and check at each stage of production before being sent for packing. Our quality managers, line managers confirm that each product going out of the factory is flawless in all respects.  Finishing department handles the finishing as per the client’s requirements. After each and every product checked and inspected, the apparels are ready to be packed and shipped to our respected customers.
